Downloaded a pdf document to my desktop from internet today. Will not open, cannot delete, move, copy, or rename. Adobe Acrobat 9 states. " There was an error opening this document. Rhis file cannot be found".
Tried to delete document using Windows 'safe mode' and wimdows using command prompts. No luck.
Document has a lo-o-ng name.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing.
What happens when you try to delete the PDF file from your computer do you get any error message?
As mentioned you are getting the error 'There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found' there could be many reason for this error like incorrect download of the file, corrupted PDF file etc. Please try to open the PDF with web browser (Chrome) and see if its opening fine there or not.
